Terms of use

These terms cover littlebrandenergy.com and everything you get here. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. They're written to be read, not skimmed past.

1. Who we are. Little Brand Energy is a brand of Rebekah Radice LLC, a California limited liability company. Contact: hello@littlebrandenergy.com.
2. What you get. Free guides, digital products (like the Trial Reels Cheat Sheet) and Founding 10, a 30-day done-with-you program. Founding 10 includes your pet's Profile (delivered within 48 hours of your intake form), the full system, and two weekly reviews of your numbers in weeks 1 and 2. It's limited to 10 spots at the founding price.
3. Your license. Products are for your personal use and your household. Please don't resell, repost or share them publicly. Your pet's Profile is yours to use however you like.
4. No guaranteed results. Everything here is education based on what worked for one account, Chacho's. Chacho's numbers are real, from Instagram's own insights, and they are not typical or promised. Your results depend on your pet, your effort, your content and things nobody controls, including Instagram's algorithm. We never promise followers, views, brand deals or income.
5. Not affiliated with Instagram. Little Brand Energy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Platform features, like when trial reels unlock, can change at any time. Check Instagram's Help Center for current rules.
6. Your pet comes first. Never put your pet in a stressful or unsafe situation for content. You're responsible for your pet's safety and for what you post.
7. Payments. Prices are in USD, charged once at checkout through Stripe. No subscriptions. See Refunds and guarantees for how refunds work.
8. Content you send us. When you send intake answers, numbers or clips, you keep ownership. You give us permission to use them to deliver your product. We'll ask before featuring anything publicly, like a testimonial.
9. Our content. The guides, cheat sheets, site, photos of Chacho and the Little Brand Energy name belong to us.
10. Limits on liability. Products are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us.
11. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
