Privacy policy

Short version: we collect only what we need to send you what you asked for, we never sell your information, and you can leave anytime. Little Brand Energy is a brand of Rebekah Radice LLC.

1. What we collect.
   • When you sign up: your first name, email and (if you share it) your pet's Instagram handle.
   • When you buy: your email and name. Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store them.
   • If you join Founding 10: your intake answers (about your pet and your account) and the numbers you send for reviews.
   • Automatically: basic site analytics (pages viewed, device, country, and where you came from, like a link from Instagram) and campaign tags in links you click.
2. How we use it. To deliver your guide and products, send the emails you signed up for, build your pet's Profile, run your reviews, answer your questions, and understand which pages help people.
3. Who we share it with. Only the services that run the business:
   • Klaviyo (email)
   • Stripe (payments)
   • Our hosting and database providers (Lovable and Supabase)
These services process your information on our behalf. We never sell or rent your information.
4. Emails. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails. You may still get receipts for anything you buy.
5. Cookies and storage. We use your browser's session storage to carry your first name and email between funnel pages, so they never appear in links. It clears when you close the tab. Our analytics may use cookies to count visits.
6. How long we keep it. As long as you're subscribed or a customer, and as long as we need it for taxes and records afterward.
7. Your choices. Ask us to see, correct or delete your information anytime at hello@littlebrandenergy.com. We'll respond within 30 days. If you live in California, the EU or the UK, you have these rights by law, and we honor them for everyone.
8. Kids. This site isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes. If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
