Founding 10 ($97): two promises

1. The 48-hour promise. Your pet's Profile lands in your inbox within 48 hours of submitting your intake form. If it doesn't, you get a full refund and you keep the Profile.
2. The do-the-work guarantee. Post one reel a day for 30 days using your Profile, and send your three numbers (views at 3 seconds, sends, follows) for both weekly reviews. If you did the work and don't feel Founding 10 was worth $97, email within 30 days of purchase. You choose: a full refund, or another 30 days of number reviews at no cost.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@littlebrandenergy.com from the address you used to buy, with "Refund" in the subject. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

What isn't covered

Guarantees cover the product, not results on Instagram. We can't control the platform's algorithm, and we never promise followers, views or income. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may lose access to the product.
